Ms. Kannaz Kwok holds internationally recognised professional credentials from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and the ABRSM, and serves as an ABRSM Examinations Professional Interpreter. Since 2003, she has regularly accompanied the ABRSM on tours to multiple countries, bringing cutting-edge international teaching insights back to her classroom.
I have always believed: credentials are only the entry ticket. What truly determines how far a child's musical journey can go is the teacher's ability to teach.
Professional Experience & International Exchange
Regularly accompanies the ABRSM on tours to multiple countries, participating in international music educator exchange seminars worldwide.
Organises regular student concerts and actively participates in charity music fundraising events for organisations including Rhenish Church, Cancer Fund, and Caritas.
Invited to collaborate with the Department of Psychology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong on research into methods to alleviate performance anxiety in young musicians.
Invited by RTHK Radio 5 to share her holistic approach to piano education.
Participated in mainland China music education exchange alongside ABRSM professors.
Travelled to Vienna to attend the European International Piano Teachers' Conference.
Appointed as principal lecturer for a Professional Piano Teaching Diploma programme.
Travelled to Rome, Italy to attend the European International Piano Teachers' Conference.
Invited twice by the Macao Youth Symphony Orchestra Association to serve as principal speaker for piano education seminars.
